Project Details
This retrofit includes a complete overhaul of a very well-seasoned HVAC system, as well as the installation of thermal storage tanks that chill water well below freezing during off-hours, allowing the heat-pump system to draw cooling potential from these tanks during the day. This saves money for the university, as well as alleviate the city’s power grid during big events.
Like many of our larger scale projects, Kruse’s VDC Team is there to assure routing for the ductwork and mechanical piping is installed with minimal setbacks, and efficiently provides the greatest comfort while offering on-site workers the clearest plan so they can make sure the coliseum is looking its best.
