Our Team: Leading with Vision

The Heart of Kruse Corporation

At Kruse Corporation, our ownership, management, and office staff form the backbone of our success, blending decades of experience with a shared drive to deliver exceptional mechanical contractor leadership.

From steering innovative projects to supporting our crews in the field, this dedicated team ensures every client gets the quality, care, and expertise they deserve.

Kent Kruse – President

Kent has been with Kruse Corporation since its inception in the summer of 1994. He initially joined as the Vice President of Project Management, handling duties such as estimating, purchasing, and business development. Due to the company’s rapid growth, the position evolved frequently. From day one, Kent has actively been involved in operations management and staffing decisions.

Kent shares his father Kenneth Kruse’s vision for the company, which prioritizes the well-being of the company and a commitment to reinvesting profits for Kruse Corporation’s growth. In 2008, upon Kenneth’s retirement, Kent assumed the role of President. His responsibilities expanded to include general operations, risk management, and financial management

Kevin Kruse – Vice President

Kevin joined Kruse Corporation in September 1994, initially tasked with the fabrication and installation of HVAC sheet metal. His extensive experience in the architectural sheet metal industry before joining Kruse Corporation played a pivotal role in the rapid development of that sector within our business. Over the years, Kevin has expanded his responsibilities to include business development and quality control for our services.

Kevin is consistently entrusted with the company’s most prominent projects, serving as a standard of commitment that Kruse Corporation strives to achieve with all employees.

Kraig Kruse – Secretary/Treasurer

Kraig joined Kruse Corporation in May 2000, starting as a pre-apprentice in the sheet metal department. As the company grew, an additional estimator was needed, and Kraig stepped into that role. Over the years, Kraig underwent training in the sophisticated software used by Kruse Corporation and has become highly proficient in its use.

His responsibilities as an estimator have expanded over time, and he is now accountable for coordinating, conducting takeoffs, and summarizing HVAC and mechanical proposals for Kruse Corporation.
