fews      How often in a lifetime do you replace a heating-cooling system?  Do you realize that the less expensive, low bid equipment has a life expectancy of only ten to twelve years?  For a few hundred dollars more you can buy top of the line equipment such as Lennox, with twice the life expectancy of twenty to twenty-five years.  Remember the labor and materials have the same cost regardless of the quality of equipment you choose.

You are about to make one of the most important buying decisions of your life.  A decision that most people only make once or twice in a lifetime.  A decision that will affect the comfort of your home or business for many years in the future.  There is no replacement item more expensive than your heating-cooling system.

A lot of though should be given to your comfort system.  Think about the following items:

  • Is your dealer licensed and insured?
  • Does he provide prompt and reliable service?
  • Does he offer a variety of parts, labor and service agreements to protect your investment in the coming years?
  • Is the equipment that he is proposing energy efficient?
  • Does he have financing available?
  • Is the brand name you are considering a large, firmly established, well recognized name?
  • Is there a solid local wholesale organization with repair parts available for future needs?

Consider this--- energy efficient equipment is a little more expensive to install, but should save you two or three hundred dollars per year in utility costs, possibly more.  Your return on investment may be realized in as little as two or three years and the life expectancy of your Lennox comfort system- if properly maintained - should be around twenty-five years.  And finally, a heating- cooling system is not something that you can trade in (like a car or truck) if you don't like it, and you can't just throw it away (like a suit of clothes) if it doesn't fit properly or is not sized properly.

If you purchase your comfort system from Kruse Corporation the answer to all of these concerns and question is a LOUD and CLEAR YES!

Stop by our shop and look us over and don't hesitate to ask for business references.  We want your business and references.  We want your business and we'll do everything in our power to satisfy you.
